Brian spoke on the topic, "Natural Resource Damages: NRD and the Future Development of Seattle."  

Other topics covered during the program included: Land Use Petition Act (LUPA) Updates, Evolution of the Washington Vested Rights Doctrine, Substantive SEPA Authority, Aquaculture Permits, and Killer Whale/Prey Working Group Updates.
