On August 24, 2020, Amber Maltbie was a featured panelist speaker for the American Bar Association’s (ABA) CLE webinar, “Gender Parity in the Electoral Process.” This program focused on the impact of the 19th Amendment, as well as other laws on elections, our present democracy and women running for office.

The ABA Standing Committee on Election law presented this program as part of the commemoration of the centennial of women’s right to vote. The ABA Commission on the 19th Amendment developed a range of resources to assist lawyers, educators and civic organizations the opportunity to educate the public about the importance of promoting the full and equal exercise of the right to vote and to participate in our democracy.
