Nossaman Partners Tom Long and David Graeler and Associate Jennifer Meeker were mentioned in the Law360 article "FDIC Asks 9th Circ. To Open Up IndyMac's $80M D&O Policies" regarding the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation's request to open the door to $80 million in directors and officers coverage for securities and other suits against failed mortgage lender IndyMac and its subsidiary IndyMac Bank FSP.  Executives had sought coverage in part for the $169 million verdict in the FDIC's favor in which former officers of IndyMac Bank's Homebuilder division were found liable for negligently approving substandard loans for homebuilders.

The article mentioned that the FDIC is represented by in-house counsel along with Mr. Long, Mr. Graeler, and Ms. Meeker.
