Los Angeles (Feb 12, 2019) – Nossaman LLP is pleased to announce that Jill Jaffe and Anna Tang have been elevated to Partnership in the Firm.

Jill Jaffe is a member of Nossaman’s Real Estate Practice Group. She is a litigator who specializes in disputes between adjacent property owners as well as those involving public procurements and infrastructure projects. She also litigates IP/privacy and data protection matters in addition to professional liability actions. She is experienced in all phases of litigation in both federal and state courts, including pre-litigation government investigations, pleadings, e-Discovery, dispositive motions, mediation and trial. She received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, and her B.S. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Anna Tang is a member of the Corporate Practice Group. Prior to joining Nossaman, she worked as a corporate and tax attorney at one of Australia’s leading law firms. She represents and advises emerging and established companies as transactional and general corporate counsel with respect to a wide variety of business transactions including mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and corporate governance. She also provides counsel on offerings of equity and debt securities and private equity investments. Her representation includes negotiating, drafting and reviewing purchase agreements, joint venture arrangements, property development, partnership and shareholder agreements, and preparation of syndication documents including private placement memoranda, as well as advising on the taxation implications of the transaction. She received her LL.M from the University of Melbourne in Australia in 2006, and earned her LL.B and B.Com degrees from Deakin University in Australia in 2003.
