David Graeler participated in The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California's 2020 Student Outreach Event on February 28, 2020. David participated on the panel as a representative of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA).
This panel presentation and networking event was a chance for university students to learn about public agencies and the right-of-way industry, Metropolitan's role and work in the field, its student internship program and the IRWA's learning and certification opportunities.
