Liz Klebaner Noted for Work with San Diego Association of Governments on AB 2731

Liz Klebaner was featured in The Mid-Market Report’s “Who Got The Work” column on Law.com (subscription required), which highlighted her role as “lead California Environmental Quality Act and National Environmental Policy Act counsel to the San Diego Association of Governments [SANDAG]” on the “proposition of a bill before the California Legislature.”

The column noted that California Governor Gavin Newsom signed the bill – AB 2731 – into law and that it included “CEQA streamlining for SANDAG’s planned transit facility on the site.”
