Executive Actions’ Impact on Energy, Transportation and Water
Since January 20, 2025, there have been a number of executive orders and agency guidance and memoranda that have the potential to impact a wide range of industries nationwide. While the full impact of these actions is not yet known, our attorneys are following all of the developments and will provide insight on some of the changes that could affect energy, transportation, water and residential and commercial development projects during a webinar on February 12, 2025.
During this complimentary webinar, we will discuss:
- How agencies may implement the executive orders;
- How the executive orders may impact project streamlining in some respects or delay projects in others; and
- How the executive orders and agency actions may be challenged in the coming months.
We invite you to submit your questions for our panel during registration so that we can address your concerns during the session.
